Skipping Breakfast

Think your mornings are too busy for breakfast? Think again, you're not doing yourself any favours. This is really the most important meal of the day. Your body has been fasting (hopefully) all night, so you need to kick-start your metabolism and get some energy for the day. By having a breakfast, you can prevent unhealthy snacking mid-morning. It improves your attention span and allow you to work better
Take action:
Even if you must get up 15 minutes earlier in the morning, start your day with a good meal. A healthy meal could be: a bowl of oats, a fruit smoothie or boil an egg on wholewheat toast.
